- Go to the Twitter Configurator here: https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/new
- Select what you want to show on Blogger: a timeline of tweets, your Favorited tweets, a list, a search (e.g., for a hashtag), or a collection.
- Select your settings (e.g., for a timeline, your username, whether to exclude replies, whether to expand photos, the height of the widget, light or dark theme, and link color).
- Click Create Widget
- Copy the html in the box below the preview.
- Make sure you're logged into Blogger, then go here: https://www.blogger.com/add-widget.
- Select the blog you'd like to add the widget to.
- Give the widget a title.
- Click Edit Content.
- Paste the html you copied from Twitter's Configurator.
- Click Add Widget.
- Blogger goes to your blog's Layout page. Move the widget to where you want it to appear on your blog.
- Click Save Arrangement.

Add your Twitter feed to your Blogger home page
I found a couple outdated pages describing how to add a Twitter feed to my Blogger page. Since they're outdated, I thought I'd share what I found:
